Terri is the Senior State Relations Executive for the National Council on Compensation Insurance.  Terri served as the interim Office Manager and has served on the Strategic Planning Subcommittee for the POA.

Chace Peeler, Vice President/peelerchace@gmail.com
Chace is Owner of Educational Benefits in Little Rock and has served as an Advisory for Trustmark Voluntary Benefits.  Chace's goal is to preserve our beautiful community by protecting our investment.  Chace enjoys strategizing, problem solving while working in a team setting.

Keith is a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in Fort Smith.  Keith has served as the Economic Development Chair for the Greater Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce.  Keith has extensive Property Management experience and looks forward to sharing best practices with the POA.

Sam Smith, Secretary/ssmith@harrisonenergy.com
Sam is the Director of Human Resources at Harrison Energy Partners in Little Rock.  With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources across various fields, he has been a member of Arkansas Human Resources Association since 2004. Outside the office, Sam is deeply engaged in community service. He currently serves on the board of directors at Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock. It is a non-profit organization that provides a camp environment for individuals with special needs, and has held numerous leadership roles at First United Methodist Church of Little Rock. Additionally, Sam is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock ( Class XXXVIII) and a member of the Rotary Club of Little Rock ( Club 99). Sam and his wife, Rickie, have thoroughly enjoyed their condo on Blue Bird Lane since 2020.

Bill Tucker retired in 2013 from Hisco Inc., an employee-owned company, where he was responsible primarily for the sales to Aerospace and National Defense accounts in Arkansas.  Bill serves as Director of Security on the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club Condominium Association in Orange Beach, Alabama.  Nancy and Bill have lived full time in Harbor East since 2010.

Michelle Murtha, Apprentice/mmurtha50@gmail.com
Michelle is a retired nurse of 42 years and is a Board Member for Edgehill Cove Townhouses.  Michelle and her husband Mike have owned their condominium for 16  years and wants to help maintain the vision of a well kept community while meeting the needs of Unit  Owners.
