ATTENTION UNIT OWNERS!

Storm Door and Window Tinting:

The By-Laws state that the Unit Owner is responsible for the POA approved door color and choosing one of two models for the stom doors without alteration to the door.  The Board agreed that all four Unit owners in the same building should have the same type of door to ensure consistency of the property.  Further research is necessary to determine board authority over glass color.

 

HELP US PREVENT THEFT:

Please secure all trailers and vehicles at your unit and in the Overflow Parking areas.  Mountain Harbor Resort provides limited security during evening hours.

 

PARKING ETIQUETTE:

Please respect all parking signs and park additional vehicles in designated "Overflow Parking" areas.  Do NOT park adjacent to the buildings.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS:

Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.  A fine of $500 will be imposed on the Unit Owner regardless if the person is a renter or a guest.
