PROPERTY UPDATE
The POA has approved a project to replace/refurbish all back decks on Red Bird Lane during 2023.
Scheduling has been challenging due to weather, our seasonal limitations and our contractor's availability.
Work on Building 20 is scheduled to begin September 11th. The process will take approximately 6 weeks, depending on the weather.
We are working on scheduling Buildings 4 and 8 in the fall.
Use of the unit is not recommended due to the construction hazard, staging of construction materials in the parking area, noise and storage of deck contents inside the unit. Please let the POA know if you must be on the property during this time so that we can try to make the best accommodations possible.
CHIMNEY AND DRYER VENT INSPECTIONS
Bates Sales & Service and The Chimney Doctor are completing their inspections and cleanings to all units. Unit Owners will receive work reports with their monthly billing statement. Owners must pay these bills separately by check.
TENNIS & PICKLE BALL COURTS!
Due to unexpected weather in another state, Hellas Construction hopes to begin work on the two courts after Memorial Day Weekend. The project is expected to be completed within 7 days. They have received permission to work over the weekend and any disruption to Harbor East will be minimal.
