Riddell Painting will begin prepping buildings 258 and 268 by power washing early August.  Units will be accessible during this time.

Please note that all Betterment Requests are REQUIRED to have the contractor name, contact information and copy of the contract work to be done and submitted to the POA Board for approval PRIOR to the work being done.

All Parking Sign Requests must be submitted for Board Approval.  Upon approval, the POA Office will order the sign and bill the Unit Owner.  The POA Board WILL NOT approve any deck extensions on Common Property in accordance and compliance with the Master Deed.
