The new Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts are completed and are for Unit Owners and renters ONLY. PLEASE NO PETS!
WINTERIZE YOUR UNIT!
The POA recommends that you turn your water off if you will be gone for more than a few weeks, as well as turn off your water heater at the breaker. Leaks into adjacent units can cause significant damage at the expense of the Unit Owner whose unit caused the leak.
